Nqaij Qaib Saw Zaub Pob

 

 

This stir fry is very quick and good. If you’re in a rush to make dinner, this common Hmong stir fry couldn’t get any easier! Make sure to serve with white steamed rice.

Ingredients for a family of 10:

  • 2 IB of chicken, sliced thinly to finger lengths or diced
  • 1 cabbage, shredded
  • 3 TB oyster sauce
  • 1/2 TB sesame oil
  • ~ 1 TB of salt
  • 1 TB Knorr chicken powder
  • 2 TB of oil

1. In a wok of oil, cook the meat at medium-high heat. 10-15 min or until cooked. add salt for taste. add the cabbage and cover the lid.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the wok. Stir occasionally for 7-10 minutes or until cabbage is softed through-out. Test by biting through a shred. Serve with rice.
